Our Guarantee We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If our technical team is unable to resolve the specific issue or bug for which you purchased a service, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
No Refunds for Initiated Work We do not offer refunds for technical support sessions or software troubleshooting once the work has been successfully initiated and the problem is being addressed.
Service Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with the support provided, please contact our team at support@onset-tech.co.uk within 24 hours of the service delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the technical issue to your satisfaction.
Cancellation Monthly maintenance plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing month.
